The product worked great for my Zen Vision W. I used it on a trip from Georgia to Texas and it never failed. My only criticism is how tightly the cord is coiled when you receive it. I'm sure after you break it in it's a little better but initially it's just a little tight and doesn't have that great of a reach.
Otherwise it charged as it played music/movies etc just fine.

I was concerned about the quality of this product, being one of the lesser expensive units, but I found it to be very nicely made. It does the job, charging my Zen Vision:M, and it not bad looking for a car charger.

It's a nice looking product with a red light that turns on when plugged in. Not sure what the red light indicates - it doesn't provide any charge to the my ZEN Vision.

Too tightly coiled... makes for pulling the player on the floor of the vehicle. The delivery time from eforcity was GREAT, but the product only lasted about 6 months then I had to get another. I didn't mistreat, just el cheapo, but the price was rioght and when it was not sproinged apart, it did for me what it was supposed to, so this time I ordered two. If the longevity of these is similar I'll write a Mr. Hyde review.
