By Helen It's brand new but it's a generic product! It didn't say it's a generic ? This Generic Pantech C300 C120 works as well as the name brand one,except it seems a bit slower than the brand, this could be because my cell phone has been out of power for months without a charger. The price is very worth ( 1 cent ) and it shipped on time.
