The charger that came with my phone works well whether my phone is turned on or off.
This charger only works when my phone is turned off. When I try to charge it with the phone on, it beeps and goes to the charging thing, returns to standby and repeats. It's the most annoying thing I've ever seen and I have no way of stopping it. So now, I only charge my phone at nights.

I bought this charger when the charger that came with my phone broke. So I bought this one which worked fine, but then broke after only a few months. It only cost a penny, so you get what you pay for.
