I was looking for a protective case to use while I played the ipod in a sound dock. The hard shell case I tried did not leave space for a good connection. This soft shell case worked after I took scissors and clipped off a bit at the bottom of the case. It now works perfectly. I have no doubt it would be effective in all other ipod usages in protecting the ipod.

The product does a good job at protecting the general body of the screen. Unfortunately there is no screen cover, but that seems to be almost expected with the lower priced covers. The product received has a different backing as that shown in the picture and the the wheel cover makes it stick a bit. Considering the price though it does the job.
