Better that plain rubber but a lot cheaper/smaller than a metal case Sep 03, 2009
By J. Lilliquist Rubberized? I guess? It's two piece of plastic that snap together. It's survived being taken apart several times to pull the battery out of the 800w to reset it. I've been using it for about half a year. Better protection that plain rubber since it's made of semi-hard plastic. If you drop your phone (3 inches to 3 feet) the case will absorb the shock and split apart leaving the telephone unharmed but you than have to reassemble to due to the weak snap-on clasps. I could never figure out how to attach the round connector of the clip to the SQUARE in the back of the case. Do NOT get this if you want one with a functional clip. It does not add a lot of size to the telephone so it still fits in your pocket unlike some sturdier hard case solutions.

By FrankieBoy I have bought the seidio version for 29.95, it broke at top with a chip. I bought another one for 10 that had white on the inside, it broke at top also. This one is more solid and survives the removal, plus the price cannot be beat.
