 Charger does not work for the 9700 Dec 11, 2010

I ordered this for my blackberry 9700 - per the item description - it is suppose to work on it - but this does not. It does not fit my phone. This charger would work on the bb curve though.

I only gave this 4 stars because when it's folded up the charger "rattles." The plugs move so it definitely makes a noise but when it's folded out, it's solid & works like a charm so I can't complain too much. I mean, it's an authentic Blackberry charger for way less than you'd pay in a store so what the heck. I bought it to keep in my travel bag so it will definitely serve it's purpose. I paired this with the charging pod & now have the perfect traveling charging station for vacations.

Because of the low price, I was a bit sceptical when I ordered this - however, it is indeed a blackberry product and it works just fine straight out of the box. Been in use every day for 3 weeks now and works just fine.

I kept traveling and realizing "I need a travel charger to just leave in my laptop bag".
So I bought this one. It arrives and I threw it in my bag. Then came the time to use it. On the road. Plug it all in and ..... it says it is charging, but it doesn't charge. I borrow somebody else's charger.
So I get home, fish it out to go through all the hassle of a return only to find that I've missed "the return window."
I really want to be able to say "zero stars" but that appears to not be an option.

This was a horrible purchase, the charger was very slow to charge the phone. Took the entire night, and 3 weeks after it bought it it just stopped charging overall. Now I have to spent more money on a new one, not worth the 2 bucks...
