I was expecting an OEM battery, when I received the battery turns out it's an authentic BlackBerry battery. Only down side to this was the shipping but it was worth the wait. Would do business again with this seller.

I purchased this battery at the discounted price to replace a battery that was bulging, thus ready to be replaced. It charges my phone much longer than the older battery did. It's not as good as a brand new battery from RIM or Verizon, but it does the job and is much better than the one 2 years old.

Instead of paying a premium price for the battery sold by RIM, I would buy this lower priced option instead.

My battery life is much better since my older battery's charge did not last long.

The Blackberry 8700 that I've had for about 4 years seemed to be dying. It was dropping calls and suddenly turning off. I did not realize it was a battery issue, because problems would happen even though the 'Battery Status' was indicated as 100%.
I bought the product here and now my 8700 is working fine!

Battery is authentic Blackberry battery. The battery was exactly as described on the website. Brand new and my Blackberry works like brand new too. Very satiisfied with the product and price. The price was 1/5 of retail store price.
