Not good item - GREAT Company RESPONSE !! Feb 15, 2012
By XaQaRa I purchased this item very recently, of course as an accessory for my BBerry 8130. For some reason, it did not work - maybe I recieved an incompatible model for my phone ? However, I contacted AccessoryOne and told them of the problem. Within one hour of sending an email to the Company stating my disappointment - I was contacted and offered a replacement accessory bundle kit, with no additional out-of-pocket from me. Thanks AccessoryOne, you are making me a believer in 'cyber-shopping'.
