I have bought about 14 of these little headsets, and will continue to buy more as long as they are available. of all the ones I have used, this one offers the best sound and longevity, but lets face it, that isn't saying much.
You should receive several different sized rubber ear peices to fit your ears, for both left or right side. They fit inside the ear, so tend to stay in better than other headsets that simply rest on the outside. The other option is a foam peice that fits over the ear bud and rests "kind of sort of" around the ear. I have used it, but prefer the rubber peice.
The ear hook is a nice feature, but you must be careful when you attach it as the little plastic peices that hook over the arm can easily break.
The most recent batch of 4 that I ordered seem less well made, and I have my doubts that all 4 will last more than a couple of months. At this price, it's not a bad purchase. I will buy more until I find a better product.

Already had one, but wanted extras to keep in our different vehicles. Can even be used in my full face motorcycle helmet when riding.
