I have had many headsets,some worked, and some didn`t.The Jabra c150 mini boom universal headset w/ 2.5mm jack is great.the eargels are very comfortable.I bought this item from Amazon.com.I have bought other items from Amazon.com.and i am very satisfyed with everything i purchased.

Best earpiece ever. There are 3 different size gel ear pieces to help fit your ear. I suggest trying the gel first as taking them on and off can damage the headset. Be gentle with the wire and you can keep it for years of use. I've been using them for many years and glad the prices have dropped. Never use the thing that goes over the ear. The gel works well enough. ENJOY the freedom and good sound quality.

I purchased this item because of the price, the extras that were advertised with it, and the positive reviews.
The item arrived without the ear gels, or the foam pad as advertised. I notified customer service at SF Planet, and received a swift and courteous response, with a choice of a full refund, or wait for restocking. I chose to wait. The headset worked great, I only needed the pad and/or gels.
After one week of waiting, I was notified by customer service at SF Planet that there was no estimated time of arrival for a replacement, and they would prefer to issue a full refund versus me waiting for a replacement. How great is that??
I received the notification on the 21st and my refund was accredited to my charge card on the 22nd.
I totally recommend this product, it has great reception for the price, and I used it on my wireless VTech land line phone. I have to admit, that it would have been a lot more comfortable with the sponge ear pad.
I highly recommend SF Planet for their excellent customer service, and Amazon.com for theirs.
I will reorder this product as soon as it becomes available again.

I was hopeful that this earpiece would be a good purchase. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be less than satisfactory for a few reasons.
1. It lacks a volume control (which I knew) however it's permanent volume is VERY LOUD, loud enough so that even if I lower the volume on my cell phone, I'm still going deaf half the time.
2. The part that rests in your ear is too large for a small ear, making it very uncomfortable to wear.
3. Within the first month, the foam shell came off of the ear bud, and now it's even more uncomfortable to wear.

The ear loop is not quite long enough but the eargels are good at channelling the sound into the ear canal. Seems clear in use.
