Best You Can Buy! Mar 26, 2009
By Francis W. Guilmette I have used the Jabra C250 for over a year now and after trying more than 10 different brands this was the best. I found the new Jabra C500 online and got it. I didn't think it could be any better but it definatly is. The sound is clear and loud and my voice carries just as well. It fits my ear like a glove even with glasses on. Its light weight, rich looking and never needs charging. It has two buttons on the boom. One to make the call, if your phone has voice recognition, and end the call and a mute switch. I realy like it and wear it every where I go.

Finally! A headset that I can hear! Mar 01, 2009

I love this headset! I have been looking for one that ISN'T in my ear, but that I can also hear with...this sits so comfortably in and over your ear, and the tip provided (they give you 4 to choose from)goes into my ear far enough that sound is focused and clear. Other models make you stick fuzzy things in your ear - fagghed-about-it. This is excellent! Love the 'answer call' button - no more scrambling for the phone on the highway. Awesome, wish I'd found it SOONER.

Good unit for incoming sound and outgoing talking Jan 25, 2009
By S. Livengood I am in the process of evaluting several headsets for someone else. I bought several and compared them. The Jabra c500 came up the winner! It has three gel ear inserts for differing depths of ear canals. I took the longest! Barely long enough to sit comfortably and allow good hearing. The microphone picks up well, though not as well as some cheaper units. The person I talked to had no complaints about the volume and clarity. The around/behind the earpiece may give some people a sore ear, but it is light and after a few minutes, I don't even notice it being there. It has a mute switch and momentary mute button on the small extension of the microphone which makes noise when you touch it to mute it. Overall it is really a good choice for the money.

Much better than bluetooth ones! Oct 08, 2008
By M. Ding I used to wear a Nokia or a Jabra bluetooth headset when driving. They were great before the battery went flat and you could imagine how hassle it is for make sure both mobile and headset are fully charged and important phone calls won't go dead suddenly.
If you like the convenience of bluetooth, it's fine. But for reliability and safety, I'd suggust using wire headset or loudspeaker instead when driving.
Besides, SF Planet's service is very effient and impressive, and they're very helpful in solveing any problem with the products.

A Must Have in California Dec 06, 2009
By John Westphal OK, so the traffic cops in the city and highways are making bucks on tickets for you, using your own phone, in your own car. I know, I know, safety, blah, blah, blah, lol
I have tried the bluetooth sets and found them pricey and without good sound quality. Our car has bluetooth and the sound quality, lack of privacy, etc. is terrible even in a premium brand car. I have a Jabra bluetooth and this is better, way better. The sound is quality is very good both ways. The earpiece is comfortable and comes with two sizes of inner ear pieces. I prefer the smaller of the two and they send a couple spares of each. I think I paid like $10 shipped and keep one in each vehicle. It is very easy to put on quickly if you need to make/take a call, so you don't have to wear it all the time.
