By Kelly My chocolate touch battery burned out over less than a year old and when I bought this refurbished product, it lasted quite a while until I had to purchase a new phone. I think I spend maybe 4 bucks on this product and usually the cellular stores charge a lot more and sometimes don't even offer the batteries anymore because the phone was considered outdated, eventhough it was only a year old.
