Battery doesn't work and can't get refund. Feb 12, 2010
By EE Got an error message when I tried to use the battery: "USE GENUINE BATTERY. -POWER OFF-". I sent it back to AccessoryOne for a refund. I followed up after about 4 weeks; they said they never received it.
