They sold a used battery. I am not sure why I had the expectation it would be new. Probably because they did not identify it as used. SF Planet sells used batteries!!!!!! Caveat emptor.

I thought I'd try this battery for $4.14 before I bought one from Verizon for $49.00, nothing to lose but $6. This was definitely a good buy, very fast shipping and the battery was new and works very well. Will buy from this company again.

This product worked as stated, but was not new. I had a bit of problems with shipping, but vendor made it right by reshipping the item once again so that it arrived on time and fast. I will buy again from this vendor because it beats paying $39.99 for a new one from motorola. I also do not know why I thought this would be new for the price of $3.00, but I'm glad I bought it and it works well with motorola krzr km1

Although advertised as new, this battery drastically lost its capacity after only one month of light use. Initially capable of sustaining charge for about 72 hours, now it has to be energized every day. One of the worst batteries I've ever used.

This had some bad reviews but for a $25 savings I rolled the dice. It works great! Delivery wasn't overnight, but was okay for the price. I will be looking to this store when I need another battery.
