The company that forwarded the batteries sent me two totally dead ones. It required charging for over 24 hours. Even after all that charging it only lasted about 8-10 hrs and that was only using it to make no more that a total of 20 minutes worth of phone calls. I was so pissed! The company did send me replacements which took a week to arrive. The new ones so far are working. However these were bulk batteries with no packaging or warranty! Stay away from METRO ONE as they knew very well what they sent me, because they remarked "as a matter of fact we received a defective batch"! Ask yourselves, did they know IN ADVANCE what garbage they sent me or not?

My phone was dying. Slow, sluggish, glitching and, as you might have guessed, constantly low battery. I love my phone and didn't want a new one. I wanted this one to work. I figured that a new battery might just do the trick and (though I'd never tired it before) I went ahead and ordered here on Amazon.com. It was cheaper (by about $40) than going into my wireless provider to *try* to get a new battery.
End of the story. It works like a charm. It's like I have a new phone. Thanks for a great product!
