I bought just one of these batteries and was very disappointed on the condition it was in when it came. I paid for a new battery but ended up getting an old battery that didn't work. I did put it in my phone and charged it up but after removing it from the charger the battery said it was full but by noon that same day it was completely gone and normally after charging up a battery the juice will last for 10 days but this one didn't. I noticed to when reading the comments on this merchant that a lot of the comments were written up by the same person (I believe from their own store), as the dates were all the same. As to ever doing business with this merchant anymore I difinitely won't, as they don't stand by what they claim nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Warning - 2nd Review with USED Battery Shipped instead of New Feb 17, 2010

I ordered this item, shipped from "The OEM Shop". The packing slip states NEW, as does the item description... But the battery is heavily scratched and the contacts are worn as if the battery has been inserted and removed from someone's phone several times. Intestingly I also purchased a BL-6C battery, which shipped in the same envelope, nicely wrapped in plastic and is in new condition. The BL-4C was unwrapped and damaged.
I am very disappointed. If I wanted to use an old battery, well, I'll just stick to the one that I currently have.
Time to file a claim against this vendor. I will not order from the Amazon Marketplace again.

Purchased New OEM NOkia BL- 4C battery for Nokia cell phone 5100. The battery was defective and will not charge. Totally unusable product was sold. Being busy, not interested in writing letters to receive the good quality product.

Don't waste your time or energy. You will get a bad battery and to get a refund you have to report them to Amazon claims because they won't respond to their emails.
Their explanation:
In our warehouse, our workers ship Cell-Phones, Cell-Phone Parts, and Batteries by the hundreds (and even at times by the thousands). Due to high volume of shipments being sent out, it is not unheard of that (once in a while) a faulty item may by mistake be mixed into the shipments.
It is a scam. Shameful.

Purchased new & received used Jul 10, 2010

I ordered a new cell phone battery. What I received was a used battery. My four year old battery was in better condition. Also, I was charged $4.49 for postage. Postage amount marked on the envelope was marked $.44. The vendor was CellLounge. I am a little disappointed in Amazon for using a vendor who is deceptive in its business practices.
