This product is perfect! It's exactly what it says, a NEW OEM data sync cable. It is a Palm product, and even comes in the UNOPENED original Palm packaging. It also works beautifully! I definitely recommend it.

I ordered 2 of these so I can keep one at work and the other at home. Both cables were different kinds and lengths. One works fine the other does not. I was planning to return but have not found time to do that yet.

The cable received did work with my phone, but it was not the same as the cable depicted in the photo. The cable only had the data link connection but not the wider connector that also connects with the battery port.

This cable did not have a sync button. When I tried to sync using the sync application on the Treo, it hung the USB bus on my computer. The keyboard, mouse and all other USB devices stopped working. Rebooting didn't fix it; I had to unplug the computer and plug it back in to get the USB bus working again. The Palm sync cable that came with my Treo works fine, so I'm sure that the cable is the problem.
