This is about replacement Nokia N800 batteries in general, not this specific store only because I don't recall where I purchased them from through Amazon.
Multiple BP-5L replacements where bought thru Amazon and none of them work or last like the original that came with the Nokia N800. They all worked fine for about 9 months, but that seemed about 50% less than the original battery provided with the N800.
All the replacement batteries had the hologram and serial number scratched before I got them. On the original N800 battery, the serial number was protected by a scratch-off covering - which I still haven't scratched off. I guess these were truly Nokia batteries, but probably "refurbished" to the point that they will never work as long as a previously unused, i.e. NEW battery.
Perhaps everyone else already knows everything what I've written above.

May 2011 Update - I bought this BP-5L battery here.
It arrived in a Nokia original plastic pack. No charge. Placed it into an external charger overnight. In the morning (12+ hours later) it was still charging.
The build of the battery is slightly different from an OEM battery, a little looser, but still good. Better than the other "brands" that I've tried (those were only 3.6V/1300mAh). It does have all the Nokia stamps and hologram on it, so it could be the difference from 3 yrs of manufacturing improvements. The OEM scratch-off covering the Nokia validation code was still covered.
When placed into a Nokia N800 tablet, 7 hrs of use and 9 days of idle life were displayed. OEM batteries show 10 days of idle, IME.
For the price, I'm pretty happy.
I'll try to update again.
A Positive and a Negative Nov 03, 2011

What can I say? There are batteries, and then there are *batteries*, and this is undeniably, unequivocally, and unmistakably one of them. I promised you a positive and a negative and, like all the best batteries, this Nokia Lithium-Polymer puppy has one of each. Although not spelled out in the product information, this is the battery used in the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, and as expected it fit, charged and worked perfectly.
Bottom line: I'd always rather use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and accessories than potentially substandard knockoffs. When the original costs no more, it's a no-brainer. That's exactly what my Nokia became when the old battery died; the new battery made this review (sent from my Nokia tablet) possible. Five stars.

Put it into the Nokia N800 with no problems. It seems to hold a charge like the original. Good price, good battery. I'll update if it fails.

I bought this battery as a spare for a Nokia N800 and it works great. I have no complaints with this product.
