Had a problem with the 1st pair, contacted vendor - they responded quick, fast and in a hurry. Had a new pair quicker than I can count to 3 and I didn't have to pay for postage again (thanks!) These are great! Not only can I hear clearly when talking on my cell, but I can also listen to my ipod with the same headset.

I bought 2 pair but they both crapped out after a couple of weeks... the buds started to vibrate so much it was almost impossible to understand the caller...

The left earpiece broke up into a crackling sound at about half volume. This is a piece of junk and I understand why they were giving them away for the cost of shipment of $2.99. Don't waste your money.

I got 4 pairs, one for each person in my family. They started to fall apart immediately. Such pieces of junk. The sound was horrible too. Everyone was disappointed.
