The battery took almost 2 weeks to arrive and it was used. How can I tell? It had scratches on it, and was a bit dented. I am giving 3 stars because it holds a charge after 1 month and was cheap. I might have given 4 stars if they advertised the battery as being used.

I was a little skeptical buying a OEM battery for my 'berry online. I've been very disappointed by other "OEM" batteries that I've purchased on other sites. Either they wouldn't fit the electronics they were supposed to, or they would have such a short life that I may as well have left the item plugged in.
This is not the case with this battery. It lasts as well/longer than what came in my 'berry. And at $11, it was well worth the cost.

I was surprised a replacement battery, especially one marketed as high-capacity for Blackberry, would be this cheap. I was expecting a new battery to be $50. This is the exact same model battery as the one provided originally for my 8800, and I purchased it in conjunction with an external charger because of my 8800's charger port breaking. My original battery still holds a charge just as effectively as the brand new battery.

I received the battery very quickly, but it was a used battery!!! I have a used battery now why would I want another one!!! I guess when they put new it means new to me!!! I would pay a little more and get something that was actually NEW!!!

Very prompt service. I searched for BB battery and I saw prices elsewhere between $20-40. Then I found this vendor with a price of only $2-3 I thought it would be a scam, but for that price I thought I'd take a chance. It was no scam, the battery works very well, I'm thinking to buy another 20 or so from this vendor. Oh, and did I mention the service was very prompt?
