Poor Quality, bad service Feb 06, 2010
By Lisa Smith ordered a replacement battery for my phone. It arrived 10 days later (I LIVE IN THE SAME STATE). I put it in my phone. It wouldn't hold a charge. I sent it back for a replacement and Accessory One took their sweet time getting a replacement sent, in fact, I'm still waiting. 2 weeks later....
Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. I wish had. I am 6 weeks without a phone. They are not in any hurry to get me a new battery. Their service isn't.

By KarenB Own a 2 year old cell phone that I had to charge almost daily. Went to Verizon to get new battery- none available (price would have been $40 for new battery) Verizon actually checked Amazon and found the battery for my phone for under $5
Phone is working great and I saved a lot of money!

By Heat I have no complaints about this battery i purchased. It fit my phone perfectly. There was nothing wrong with the battery. I came to realized that my phone had a malfunction that didnt involve battery problems. Which is why i bought the battery in the first place cause i thought my battery was dead. Not the case so with easy, just like the site claimed, i returned item and got my money back no questions ask. I would recommend this site to everyone cause they show great customer service.
