 Item different from what is pictured: Jan 07, 2010

The stylus pictured has a soft rounded tip, but what I received had a flat extremely hard tip. I have 5 different types of iphone stylus; the soft rounded tip type work great for typing in portrait mode, the hard tipped variety are useless on an iphone. I have been satisfied with the soft rounded tip type stylus, but I did not receive what I thought I was ordering per the picture.

To me it is a necessary product if you own and iPhone or an iPod touch. I use mine all of the time as the buttins on the iphone or iPod touch are too little and you can hit the wrong one very easily. It even makes some games much easeier to play. Everyone with a phone or a touch should get a stylus.

Don't get me wrong. The stylus works...to an extent. It's easy enough to touch items on the screen, but dragging, etc. is nearly impossible. Also, the stylus came slightly damaged and dented. Just be aware of the price you're paying and know what you will get for it. If you really need a stylus of this type, it would probably be worth the money to get a higher quality one.

this stylus does not work with the apple iphone 3g. u have to tap extremely hard on your screen for it to work and in addition it does not allow scrolling.
