I received what appears to be a new battery at a much lower price than I could ever get from a cell phone company. It holds a charge very well, and I am quite pleased with the quality, and my wallet is pleased too. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again.

 Bad Battery with No Replacement May 20, 2012

I ordered a cell phone battery, plus a second one as a backup. One battery was great, the second battery was completely dead. Even though I ordered through Amazon, I called the company "OEM4LESS" (they were the company that shipped the batteries) and they said they would send a replacement for the dead battery. I've sent a couple of emails since and hear it is, 3 1/2 months later and I've still never seen a replacement for the bad battery.
